Gretna Master Shower Upgrade

Gretna master shower upgrade

This one-year-old new construction home had a large shower with builder-grade features that left the owners feeling underwhelmed. While the fiberglass pan and walls were functional, the shower lacked a door for water containment and the shower head was installed at an impractically high height, making daily use frustrating.

The homeowners wanted a shower that matched the quality and style of their new home while adding features that enhanced comfort and functionality. Our team worked with them to create a design that transformed their basic setup into a custom shower retreat tailored to their needs.

After carefully demolishing the existing shower, we lowered the shower head to an ergonomic height and installed a new custom tile shower pan and curb for a polished, high-end look. The updated design incorporated thoughtful details like a recessed niche for toiletries and a tiled foot bar for shaving, combining style with convenience.

To complete the transformation, we installed a frameless glass shower door, giving the space an open, modern feel, and updated the fixtures with a sleek new shower head and trim that tied the design together.

The finished shower is now a standout feature of the home—beautifully crafted, functional, and a perfect reflection of the homeowners’ vision.
